What is the process to work with you?

  1. First, use the above form to send us an email explaining the problem that you are facing. 
  2. We will get back to you with a suggested solution and a quotation (price, delivery date, and milestones – if needed). 
  3. If you agree with our offer, we will start working on the project. 
  4. When we are ready, we will send you a locked version of the solution.
  5. You will test the application, and if any correction is needed, we will provide it until the solution meets all your needs.
  6. After you confirm that the application does exactly what you wanted, the payment follows either via a bank transfer or using PayPal.
  7. Finally, we will send you the unlocked application/source code, along with the invoice for our services.

Where is your company based?

We are based in Thessaloniki, Greece. However, we have collaborated with several people and companies worldwide, so communication will not be a problem, as long it is done in English.

How do you manage sensitive data?

We do not disclose sensitive data about our projects. In many cases, even sample data might be enough for developing the desired solution. However, if a client requires a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), we will happily sign it, as we have done several times.
